Our friends came out and helped us paint the brewery this week. We sheetrocked and then painted, it looks great!

Our Space 06/19/2011
So we have a space up north about 2 blocks from our homw, which is pretty convenient. Here are the things that we are encountering.
- Lack of funds
- time to set-up the space with other job requirements
- where to buy certain equipment, as most that is available runs along the lines of homebrewing
- We have decided to start nanobrewery style. A lot more work, but it makes it more affordable.
Warehouse Space 03/27/2011
We found a space that we love, we are currently looking into construction estimates. Our first contracting quote was pretty extreme so we are working finding out from TABC and the health department on the specifics of what the space needs. Other news we have been brewing a lot lately. Coming up with some new recipes. I made a new t-shirt design that will be up on the site soon for sale. Also some Coasters, koozies and bumper stickers. We found the paper we want to use for our labels, cheap and prints really well. You can also pull the label off and use it as a sticker, which is pretty cool!
Warehouse looking pretty good 02/17/2011
We found a Warehouse fairly close to our home. We had a contractor look at it yesterday and the outlook seems pretty good. So lets get this ball rolling. We would not be able to get into it until the first of April.

Just filed all the paperwork for the trademark of our logo. yea! Just so that people know, trademarking stuff is expensive. It was $275 to trademark for one classification. DAMN!
